For nine days the Munich Creative Business Week offers design at its best
Munich, 19th February 2015 | The largest design week in Germany will start on Saturday, 21st February 2015 in Munich. With more than 150 events, over 100 program partners and about 50 Creative Spots, the MCBW, organised by bayern design, is already breaking records. The theme of this year’s creative week is “Metropolitan Ideas”. Several events have taken up this topic and present new design approaches for megacities of the future. A new introduction this year is the platform MCBW START UP. Here, novel business ideas and future-oriented innovations will be presented. With Denmark, the MCBW now has a partner country on board, too. Moreover, the organisers - bayern design and the innovation agency HYVE – will present the MCBW App: “Smart Up Your City” for the first time. The app can be used to document ideas for a smart metropolis and discuss them with the MCBW community. Until 1st March 2015 many free exhibitions, events, workshops, tours and panel discussion will bring professionals and anyone interested in design to Munich.
